Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Be in its original condition
• Include original tags and packaging (if applicable)
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work quickly to make it right.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you need a different size or color, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as Pre-Order may require additional production time and will ship later than standard in-stock items. Estimated shipping dates are subject to change.
